We offer professional quality prints on a range of media. All prints are personally checked and approved by the photographer prior to delivery and come with a signed certificate of authenticity. We can supply images for personal and corporate use. Photographic prints are on Fuji Crystal Archive paper in a gloss or matt finish up to a maximum size of 30 x 45 (76cm x 114cm). These have an archival life expectancy of 40 years in the light and 80 years in the dark. Fine art prints are available on heavyweight Hahnemuhle German Etching Giclee paper up to a maximum size of 60 x 90 (152cm x 228cm). This paper is one of the most popular worldwide for fine art printing - it has an archival life expectancy of 40 years in daylight and 200 years in the dark. Photographic and fine art prints include a white border around the edges. Canvas prints are available in a range of sizes up to 60" (152 cm) along the longest edge. Larger sizes are available. Please contact us for prices. IMAGE SIZE The sizes listed above are standard format images with a 3 x 2 ratio. Some of our images have been cropped to non-standard formats. Where this is the case, please state the dimension of the longest edge for the print you require. Depending on the type of print ordered there may be a reduction of the price for non-standard formats. All sizes are approximate. PAYMENT On receipt of your order, the relevant photographer will supply you with details of how to make the payment. This may be by electronic bank transfer or via Paypal. PACKAGING All orders are suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit in the following ways: - Images up to A4 will be sent in a reinforced envelope.
- Images over A4 are carefully rolled, wrapped and sealed inside a strong cardboard tube.
- Canvas prints are protected with bubble wrap and boxed in strong protective cardboard.
If you have questions relating to the packaging, please contact us. DELIVERY We aim to despatch all print orders within 14 working days of placing an order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you by email. Most orders are despatched sooner than 14 working days. Delivery within the UK is included for all print orders. Fine art and photographic prints are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class recorded post; you will be emailed to inform you when the shipment has been made. Canvas prints will be delivered by courier and we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. For international orders, a surcharge will apply to cover additional postage costs. If you are an international customer please confirm delivery costs and time before submitting your order. RETURNS POLICY In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) in as-new condition within seven days of receipt. On receiving the returned item we will offer you a choice of a replacement or a full refund. DATA PROTECTION To process an order we will require personal information including: - Name
